Love it! Shower bliss!
When I ordered this, I was worried about what the build quality would be like. I'm happy to say the quality of this unit is excellent! The fitting is brass and pretty much the only non-metal piece is the ball that swivels the head. This is a great value for the money and I'd highly recommend based on:1. Build quality -- I mentioned above about the fittings, but the entire unit is weighty and feels premium. The stainless finish is flawless. Shiny and clean, it goes perfectly with our existing Grohe fixtures.2. The flow of the unit is excellent. We have 3 showers in our home with expensive rainfall shower fixtures (come straight down from the ceiling) and this is actually better than one of the Moen ones we have. It has a great flow and is medium in pressure (as a rainfall shower should be). It's not meant to pound the top of your skull with high PSI of water. It's supposed to be spa-like and relaxing. This fixture is exactly that in use.3. The size is large but not to the point that the flow or pressure is compromised. I think they really hit the sweet spot with 10", especially if your home has 0.5" water piping.The only "con" I can think of is I wish they provided an extension arm for use in showers that don't have a pre-existing set up. We wanted this for our son's bathroom which has a normal shower fixture, but now have to purchase an extension. It would be great if they just increased the price a couple bucks and included it. Other than that, highly satisfied and recommend this fixture.

showerhead bad
I have to give it 1 star (would like to give less) I asked a question to the seller after purchasing as I beleived my showerhead is defective. I never heard back from them. The showerhead has to much play(or swivel/movement ) after I screwed in the showerhead (tightly) there is a small amount of water that leaks from the swivel ball and rolls of the side of the showerhead. I purchased this item based on previous reviews . It would have been nice to hear back from the seller. BUYER BEWARE

Uses too much water. I purchased this with a promise of a full refund.
Update I was told I would get a refund for this item but they did not give me a refund and now I can not get ahold of them. They Scamed me into buying this product. When we installed this shower head we were only able to get 1 warm shower instead of a normal 2.5. So if running out of hot water or water use is an issue then this shower head may not be for you.

Raindrops are falling on my head!
I had to get an extension arm for this, but once I got this installed, I absolutely love it. So used to the water spraying straight at me, not it's falling on top instead. Good water pressure too, I absolutely hate having to run around the shower trying to get wet and rinse my hair. All in all, glad I got it.

Heavenly Shower / Spa
This shower head is fantastic! Like a spring rain with massaging fingers. I plan to buy another one for our second shower soon. I highly recommend this quality product at a reasonable price.

Apartment Shower
I live in an apartment with a shared water heater. This has definitely increased my water pressure. It's much larger than what was in my shower. Easy to install. Looks great.

Spa like shower
Very easy to install. It gives a spa like feel to shower time! Always wanted one but they were very pricey, this one was extremely affordable yet high quality.

Got scammed into buying this
I was contacted and offered an Amazon giftcard for the purchase price of this if I purchased it and left a review. Well, here is my review. DON'T BUY IT! Installation was easy, as it should be. When I turned the water on it barely trickled out of it. Maybe enough to lightly water your plants with, but definitely not enough to shower with. And of course, NO Giftcard was received.
