Amazing Little Lightning Rod!!
This is a micro version of what doctors in the US used to remove warts in the 1960's. The difference is the ampherage, level of "pain" (very low level, so no need for injecting local anasthesia). This creates a micro arc from the pointy tip to the skin tag, wart, mole, etc. It will kill whatever it touches pretty well instantly, by creating a 0.2mm arc to the unwanted thingy, even "precancerous" lesions on the skin. The depth of destruction (feels good to say that) depends on how long you hold it over a particular point. When it operates, you will hear the microscopic electrical zapping, ZZZT - ZZZT - ZZZZZZZZZZZT - ZZZT - ZZZZZZZT, just like that (!) and you will smell the slightly offensive odor of burning organic (skin tag, wart, precancerous skin) cells. You will see it turning brown/black at every point where the arcing occurs. The tool has two point types, first experiments should use the larger point that looks like a very small soldering iron, that is used on surface tags or warts. It usually penetrates a very shallow depth (1/64th of an inch?). Once you've had your fun on the surface annihilation of tags, lesions, and warts, then you're ready for the needle point operations to take out the roots of the growth, such as a wart has.For wart roots, you press the needle into the wart starting at a shallow depth, and Zzzap it! For surface or root needle operations you control the intensity (and pain) of the experience. I recommend you start at the lowest level (1), then move to higher levels up to 9 as your intuition suggests. Personally I started at 9, which is a level above annoying, analogous sensation to sticking myself with a large needle continually. In other words, it will bring a smile to your face when you're done. Then just air out the burned skin odor. All in all, I would give this weird little device a 10 out of 10 for providing a rechargable 18650-powered tool for the DIY-er who's tried everything and run out of options for those skin obscenities that just keep growing back after repeated Cryo treatments (freezing with liquid nitrogen). I also give it high points for being instantaneous (faster than a pink burger at McD's!)Executive Summary: this is the ultimate well-designed DIY-er budget tool to instantly dispatch any obscene skin invaders (it might be fun to use it on scabbies, or you might get carried away ;^)

SURPRISE!!!
I'll admit I didn't really expect this to work. But I figured it was worth a try at this cost. I've used it now several times since I purchased it. I have several cherry angiomas since childhood that have always bothered me. I started small. Purchased the lidocaine just in case. (Haven't really needed it.) I treated one on my neck that disappeared after the first treatment. Of course there is scabbing, and like they suggest, do not pick it off. Let it fall off naturally. Angioma gone! Then I have one on my midriff that is larger so I am working in smaller sections. I should have taken pictures. It's amazing. It has gone flat, and now is beginning to disappear. I also have one on my arm that is a bit more persistent, but it's better. Just treated it again and expect it to be gone this time. I also treated a few large pores on my face. That takes a bit more creativity, but they are disappearing. Don't insert the needle but rather drift it over the pore. I also treated a few small spider veins, and just noticed this morning those areas I treated are gone! Dissolved. Tried treating unwanted hairs, but not sure that's working.NOTE: You can smell your skin burning so use caution. Take your time. Go slowly. This thing is the real deal. I apply polysporin after treating and have had NO side reactions. Do change the needle as suggested. That just makes common sense.

Completely removed mole on my cheek with no scar!
So I ordered this gadget after reading the reviews and doing some of my own research, and I have to say I’m 100% satisfied! I HAD a puffy mole on my cheek that has bothered me for years. Trying to get into the dermatologist was near impossible not to mention the cost, plus with this being on my face I was pretty nervous. I followed the instructions and tried it on my leg first, it feels like a hot rubber band snapping against your skin, and yes, it does smell a little, but not bad, it is essentially burning the blemish permanently off your skin. I wish I would have takin pictures and documented the process to show the results. So the mole did turn black right away, and after leaving the scab alone for about 5-7 days, it gently fell off and left a slightly pink color mark, which has almost totally disappeared!!! Amazing! I can’t wait to try it on my husband, after seeing my results…he is trusting me to remove a few moles on his head, will update with those pics and results

Worked for me.
Okay so once you get over the initial I am going to zap myself....this took me a few weeks to work up the courage 🙃 It really isn't bad get some cream for the healing process afterwards. I started out on the lowest setting and worked myself up. The two pictures are before with the skintag and just right after zapping it off. I also did this blood looking bump and a small mole both came off and are healing nicely.

Works great!
So I am covered in small dark flat moles and I hated them, this is the answer I’ve been looking for! While I probably spent too long treating each area trying to remove all the color at first and may have some very slight scars once they completely heal, it’s like it wipes away the darkness of the moles on my skin with very little pain at all. I used the larger needle on setting 4. I have used this on my arms, legs, and abdomen and while some areas are more tender than others, it was not bad at all. I also used the small needle to remove 2 large skin tags easily!! All The areas scabbed and took about 2 weeks to look slightly pink after, some really dark areas I will likely treat again, so my advise is to use light touch and treat each area as minimal as u can to get most of the color off, then see how it heals and do more as needed to prevent a scar. But I am sooo happy I bought this.
