Q: Why cant i find the front caps

I think there welded.... the 2020 canam are all metal no more plastic

No it doesnt. The back piece and screws were still fine when mine broke off

it should fit, this part is for the right side (if sitting on the wheeler). if you have the broken one there is a part number on the inside of it thats how i found mine, and it does not come with the back plate or screws. can use course thred screw from hardware store
