The cups are excellent. Well-lined and sturdy so easy to hold. The tops go on easily which is a problem we have experienced with others in the past. I contacted the company because I wasn't sure lids were included. They confirmed that lids were not included in my order. On their own they sent me, at no charge, a full supply of lids.

I ordered these for an outdoor wedding this fall for our guests who wanted coffee. These cups are awesome. They are double insulated so that you don't need a sleeve. They are very sturdy, too!
