Q: What size thickness of a mattress topper would fit inside this mattress cover?

I used mine to cover a 5 inch firm foam cushion topped with 2 inches of soft memory foam. However, I could do this because the width of my foam was less than the fouton matress it is made for. The cover unzips along one side and the entire back so that it is easy to work with. I had previously bought the futon with matress and cover, and liked it so well that I wanted to cover my bench to match. It has worked out really well.

Q: What are the measurements for the pillow covers?

If you have the futon shown the pillow covers will fit over the existing pillow over.

Q: Where do I buy the inserts not just the cover?

The inserts are not sold separately. You can order replacement covers for the pillows and mattress, or the mattress and pillows. Here are links to both.
