Works fine from my old Technics piano to Quest 3 vr
Works excellently once I realised the usb c plug was an adapter and had to be inserted on the end of the larger usb plug! on initial glance in a not very bright room it looked as if it was wired into the main lead.

Captive adapter from usb to C nice idea
Excellent quality and easy set up. The usb adapter (which when purchased never even considered) is brilliant as was bought for computer but can now use with phone. No complaints (gift) and in use every day. Works fine with casio piano

This never worked, no lights came on and it just would not connect s signal in or out.I bought an alternative that worked.
