Benchmark Leather Watch Band - Crazy Horse Oiled Leather One-Piece Watch Straps for Men or Women - 18mm, 20mm, 22mm or 24mm Widths

I love it when I take a swing on a product online and end up pleasantly surprised. These leather NATOs really delivered in that regard.I picked up the Oxblood and Dark Green colorways. The Oxblood, in particular, is an absolutely beautiful color. I wish the Dark Green was a little "more green" and a little less muted, but I still enjoy it. Overall they really do look great. The leather also impressed me. It looks, feels, and smells the part, though it has a good deal of stretch and I don't think it is full grain. The stretch, incidentally, gives it a pretty weightless and comfortable feel on the wrist. At this price point, the fake stuff that is bonded to nylon webbing wouldn't have surprised me, so again kudos on that.While I think these straps are a 5-star value, I don't think they are a 5-star product overall. They do have some issues.First is the overall fit and adjustment. The strap is a bit shorter than a standard NATO, which is awkward because NATOs are supposed to be long, and you fold excess tag end back in on itself. When I wear this strap I am on the second-to-tightest adjustment hole, and there is too much tag end left to just let it stick out, but there is just barely enough to fold it over. It's kinda awkward to deal with. For the record, I have a pretty average 7.25" wrist. If your wrist is under 7.00" you might need to look elsewhere unless you are willing to punch some more holes in this thing.My only other complaint is hardware finish options. The polished finish looks great, but I would've preferred a brushed option (for my particular watches). Some more options would be awesome.At the end off the day I'm pretty happy with how much I spent for what are two great looking straps. Will definitely be checking out more of the Benchmark Basics catalog.

It’s nice for the price however don’t expect too much. My main disappointment has to do with the buckle. It’s a simple stamped metal buckle and is thin. I’ll probably swap it out with a beefier model.

It's a little better quality than the OEM Timex band that came with my watch. I'm not huge but I'm 6'2", 190lbs and I have to use the last hole, didn't realize how long this thing would be or I would have looked for a smaller size

I got this leather NATO strap in black. The thickness is right at the point where I would consider it a quality strap of leather for this particular purpose (until it stretches). It has a nice deep black to it and the hardware seems nicely coated in matte black with nicely low profile. And it has somewhat of a nubuck feel to it.Using this strap for NATO purposes however gives me pause. This leather doesn't want to bend and articulate the way that a typical nylon strap does, this presents a few problems. It always looks like I didn't put it on properly in the spaces under the watch lugs and it doesn't want to bend over backwards to go back into the last loop (because NATO tails are always longer than necessary). The low profile of the hardware keepers also don't want to allow a 3rd thickness of leather inside of them, this is compounded by the fact that nubuck against nubuck has alot of friction. I don't think I can force that tail in, and if I could, I don't want to do this every day (much less crease fine leather).If your watch case comes down to a perfect cylinder the strap will scuff in the middle as you slide it up the strap (even though most manufacturers know well enough to taper in the case between the lugs).Basically this band just doesn't serve me any purpose in my collection. If you hate the feeling of nylon or silicone against your wrist and you feel confident enough in your skills to cut the tail yourself and you don't critique the visuals of the wear, maybe it can be great for you. But not for me.

This is a comfortable strap. It is the nato style and the leather is thin, so it doesn't add much height to your watch. Even with the thin leather it feels like a well made and durable strap. I highly recommend you check out Benchmark Basics. They have a lot of different styles and colors to choose from. You will be able to find the perfect strap(s) for your favorite timepiece(s).

I am a repeat customer. This was my second leather band. I really like these "NATO" style bands. I have several watches, and lots of different bands so that I can change up the looks of the various watches. Quality/Craftsmanship of these bands is excellent. Customer service is also great. Delivery was quick. If I were to make a suggestion/observation, it would be that the second "keeper loop" be relocated a little closer to the buckle. It's a little too far away in my opinion.

I bought this watch band, because I like this style of band. I had a prior band with bigger rings and this one has flat smaller rings which means the band doesn't stick out as much. The downside is the material feels and looks like a synthetic leather rather than real leather, so we'll see how this one ends up lasting me. My old watch band, which is made from leather, is still going.

El acabado frontal de la correa es un negro mate hermoso y suave, el reverso está descuidado y con el uso suelta pequeñas partículas que encuentras en tus manos, ropa y objetos al rededor. Cuando me quito el reloj después de haberlo usado durante el día deja la muñeca manchada con un tono oscuro como si se despintara aunque la correa conserva su color. Después de un tiempo los bordes quedan como de peluche. Creo que por el precio de este artículo podría tener mejor acabado.

Rubber alike finish , not at all like a oiled leather finish. On top of this , had to pay postage from Canada to US to get refund... overall look and feel really as a cheap product from China

Ojo! No es de piel, pero está fabricada con muy buena calidad y las hebillas y los aros se perciben de excelente calidad. Si la recomiendo.
