The product itself is great. Very lightweight. Easy to move w the wheels it has in an upright position. Gave it a 3 star overall bc everytime you want something out you have to open the entire case and bc it doesn't have any extra outside pockets. If you need a lightweight suitcase to pack a lot of clothes then this is the one for you. If you like having outside pockets then it is not the one for you.

Very happy purchase. Bought the orange one. The color is so noticeable that you can spot it very easily. Scratched a little after a trip to China. But no complaints for the price.

This suitcase is awesome. I bought it on a "deal of the day" since it seemed like such a good value, and I could not be happier with the results. The 360 wheel spinning makes it extremely easy to handle in busy airports and even when it's fully packed it's not cumbersome or clunky. My favorite part is that the hard shell case is hollow inside so you can fit TONS of stuff in it. My boyfriend and I used it to pack both of our things for a week long trip and we still had room for additional items we bought during the trip. I also really like the look of it - unique and sharp! Very easy to identify on a baggage claim conveyor belt. In my opinion, this suitcase was a total steal and I'm so impressed with it that I fully plan on buying the 21" and 25" sizes to complete my collection!

Arrived damage on handle and top. Dimensions are wrong. extra inches with wheels and handles.

It works perfectly and matches our other one.

3/4 Wheels are destroyed.Noticed at the end of my trip, dont know when this could had occured or how. The one wheel that isnt destroyed is alot firmer, solid, where as the other wheels are like a soft rubber. I wonder if a manufacturing defect? Will be contacting the company.Otherwise the shell provided our fragile items.Travelers for 2 weeks from Vancouver BC to (beijing) and Japan and back.

Great quality, very roomy and easy to maneuver.

As a piece of luggage, the product looks good although it arrived 4 days late and only hours before we departed on our trip.Worse, the product arrived damaged - see photos- and as we required the luggage for travel we couldn’t return.A shame.
