Very good quality of the sleeves
Very good quality of the sleeves. They're difficult to put on but doable. I'm not sure how much good they do for me because I didn't have a chance to wear them to much but I will update at winter time

My Inner Athlete Compression Sleeves Made My Calves Smile!
I'm a female who runs around 3 to 4 days a week between 18-30 miles. I've used another brand of compression sleeves for many years and have always had one complant with them, being difficult to get on and off. With the My Inner Athlete sleeves I noticed they were much easier to slide on and off. Sometimes I wear my compression sleeves to bed for recovery for a few hours after a long run. Taking the other brand I was using off was difficult but the MIA brand makes it easy without feeling like you're stretching them out. The sleeves hug to your calves with just the right compression. When I ran in them they didn't slip and they laundered well without losing their shape. The price on Amazon is affordable coming in about $15 less than my other ones. I'm very pleased with this product and will be sharing this info with my running friends!
