I'm glad I got this steamer! It is pretty portable and very simple to use. The wire is a good length and it is gentle on my silk ties that I tried it on. Deep wrinkles weren't a problem and the attachment it came with worked well with getting lint off my clothes.The tank was the perfect size to steam 2 dress shirts, 2 ties and 2 pairs of slacks. It also heats up pretty quickly - about 30 seconds. The steam on it was pretty continuous and I didn't get any water droplets left on my garments like I have with my old steamer.The shape of the steamer itself is very ergonomic and it isn't heavy. It feels good in the hand, which isn't something you think about until you use it, but it was a great touch.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.

i have a steamer at home , its a big one. and i know how steamer works. but my old one its just too big, everytime i use it i have to take it out from storage and put it back in. also you cant never take it to travel. my boyfriend always need to go on some business trips and need to wear shirts. but i was very curious that how does a small steamer works. so, i tried this. (of course if it doesnt work well im going to return it) however, it works very well. its light weight , and very easy to use. you dont even need to read the instruction, it warms up fast. my boyfriend was very happy that i bought this product, so he can take it away when he gose to a trip.

Worked great the first 3 times... But, the 4th time I used it it would not steam from the nozzles. The steam leaked out of the trigger and burned my hand and index finger. I would consider something of better quality than this appliance....UPDATEProduct was replaced, in a timely manner. I have not used many times, so I can't say how long this one will last.I will update again and add more stars if it lasts longer than 4 times

It works OK and I prefer steamers to irons in most situations - steamers are much quicker, can be used on almost any fabric, and you don't need an ironing board. Unfortunately, even though this one was called a "travel" steamer, it was much bigger than I thought it would be. I had wanted to use it for travel, but don't want something that takes up so much room in my suitcase.

This was a replacement for the same product my wife received that was a malfunctioning dud. She's grateful to have gotten the replacement the next day, and has announced that it worked great on three medium weight drapes, four indoor-outdoor drapes, a duvet cover and pillow cases. It's comfortable to hold, heats up quickly, puts out a good amount of steam, and lasts about 8-10 minutes before easy refill. Thank you!Additional review, several months later: this continues to work great; it gets used about 2x/wk. for an hour steaming bedding, drapery, upholstery. Very happy with it. The cord is a little short, so it's used with an extension cord. Easy to fill, re-fill, and reasonable heat-up time.

This works great for light or thin clothes, but anything thicker (even a dress shirt, sometimes) is very difficult to do a good job. The water reservoir also is used up fairly quickly, especially if your clothes are thicker or have more wrinkles, as they just don't come out that quickly. I'm regretting my purchase, but I think it's too late for a return now.

I thought I really needed this, but I've used it on like 2 occasions in last several months. It works ok, but you have to go over the same area repeatedly to get the wrinkles out. I used it once on some bedding and once on some clothes. I doubt I'd ever buy one of these again.

It's magic! I hate ironing because it takes time to take out the board, an iron and then put it all back. On top of that, it is time consuming to do a good job ironing a garment like a blouse or dressy pants. Guess what? These days are over! This thing is so easy to use, I actually started wearing my dressy clothes again. It literally takes 5 min, it doesn't leave any shine on the garment and it works on any type of fabric. I travel a lot so it goes with me everywhere. It also helps refreshing your clothes. It's magic!
