We wanted to make our own sushi rolls - for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!! I like to eat as organic as possible and this it perfect. The best soy sauce -- robust flavor, not salty only need a few drops -- hard to find in stores.I have used this for years and for some reason you can't find it.So glad to have found it here, on Amazon.

Makes me SO bloated and miserable. This no GMO soy sauce did not affect me. Yay! Totally recommend !!!

Eden Tamari is our go to soy sauce, quality ingredients, without added wheat and sugar.Flavor is excellent, we use it in soup, sautés, sauces, I add it to gravy to darken and boost flavor. So many uses to build flavors.
