Great idea, but chills the foot before you can feel it in your toe. Wish you could remove one or more foot pads and just keep the upper pad and toe pad.Also, it seems to be room temperature within 15 minutes. Not practical.

Doesn't stay cold long enough but does fit good and feel good!!!

I have suffered from turf toe for over 30 years. It’s almost impossible to find an ice pack that fits snuggly on the foot like you need it to. Then I found this. It’s amazing. Some of the reviews say it’s not cold enough but I disagree. I think it’s perfect and I wish I would’ve known about it long ago. I’m excited that I can take this with me when I travel because that’s when my foot seems to hurt the most at the end of the day. Even a hotel refrigerator gets this cold enough to give you relief.

I LOVE these foot pads!! They provide instant pain relief via COLD or HOT therapy!! I was pretty shocked at how quickly they reduced the swelling in my feet after a 12 hr day on them. Best purchase for quick foot care. I will say, don't put them in the microwave for more than 30 seconds, then test on your foot, they heat up fast.

I love these wonderful gloves for my feet which envelopes my big toe and then onto the tops of my feet. I keep mine in the refrigerator and am given cool instant relieve from arthritis and newly developed other foot problems.
