I absolutely love this company and its the only oil of oregano that i continue to buy. This is is so potent and marvelous. Its the only one i found by far that has the carvacrol shown and how much per dose. i kind of try to gatekeep this because i don't want this to ever be sold out. Whenever I'm sick i just take three of them twice a day for three days and im back in business. Love this company.

Best to keep supporting your body cleansings up. Our body needs assistance to clean up the house and this oil, and its high amount of carvacrol, does the job. I take one first thing every morning, along with a glass of fresh cabbage juice, for two weeks.

When taking this supplement regularly my lungs are less filled with phlegm, my sinuses feel clearer, and I no longer have annual bronchitis episodes like I did consistently in the past.Now, I dislike taking this supplement very much. It feels so heavy in my stomach. And I dislike the burp flavor it produces.However, its benefits outweigh its drawbacks. So, I compromise. I wish I wouldn't have to take it. But, I have the proven experience that if I stop taking it my lungs get filled with lots of phlegm, my sinuses get blocked, and I get lung or sinus infections.It is a good product that accomplishes much for me. I reluctantly give it 4 stars due to the drawbacks it offers.
