I ordered this many times. I see the improvement of my skin gets brighter than other glutathione. I am taking them two capsule a day. For me I think this is effective to brighten your skin.

Taking this supplement takes 2 weeks to a month to see the start of results but with daily consistent use and regular skin care (cleansing/exfoliating) you should start to see dark spots and areas fade and your skin brightens.

Glutathione is said to be a very powerful antioxidant. It has anti aging and skin lightening abilities. This supplement offers a high dose of glutathione. I think that there seems to be some brightening in my skin. It looks brighter and feels young and healthy. I like this supplement. It is easy to take. I also take a high dose vitamin c supplement with it. I read that they need each other (glutathione and vitamin c) to work effectively. Without a high dose of vitamin c, glutathione supposedly does not do much on its own, but it is easy to find high dose vitamin c supplements on amazon. I think that i will continue to take this supplement.
