I had the tiniest, little problem with my order which was no fault of the seller. However, after contacting the seller, I received a response in minutes. The seller went *way over and above* to make this an excellent experience, and as a result has made this store one of my favorites. The product itself is excellent, very easy for a beginner (like me) to use. I’m so excited to have found this product as I will never have to pay for a manicure again. My natural nails are a horrible mess due to years worth of abuse (pushing cuticles too far down, not protecting hands when working with harsh chemicals, etc.) resulting in thin, ridged, splitting nails. I decided to give this product a try … expecting to have to go through a bit of a learning curve and was prepared and expected to have to redo my nails many times until I got the hang of it. However, my very first attempt turned out PERFECT. I’m just thrilled. After I built up the nails I topped it off with some lovely gel polish and a few embellishments and I absolutely love them. I’m thrilled. If you, decide to give this product a try, just realize that you need to purchase the nail prep (dehydrator), and bonder separately. I wish I knew the name of the person who responded to me so that I could thank him or her personally instead of referring to him/her as *the seller*. THANKS AGAIN.

Very basic great start up kit! Really nicely put together, 3 most common acrylic colors, builds on pretty well, quality seems to be very decent. Kit is great for practicing considering the price is pretty low that just makes learning a bit at ease for me because I’m going thru powders like crazy trying to perfect my acrylic nails. Overall it’s great for beginners and practicing!
