Does the job but…
Does the job properly and my sleep a lot.Bad thing is that the plastic part got damaged after a month and needs to be replaced. Also check with a dentist cause I feel my teeth are moving because of it.

No effect
Made perfect molding and tried with different adjustment. Lower jaw forward position as well which is very uncomfortable as well. and ask my wife to record me if it helps my snoring and Sleep Apnea but no effect at all. It was useless and I am returning the product.

No more snoring. Worked 100% for me but can be uncomfortable.
I'm here to save you time and money on finding a proper anti-snore solution on Amazon. Completely unbiased and unpaid review. The product was purchased with my own money and tested by myself during my sleep trials. After recently being told that I snore like a jet engine, I decided I immediately needed to find an effective solution to stopping snoring. I purchased every type of snore solution available on Amazon including mouth guards, nasal dilators, and chin straps as a test on the efficacy of each product.Specifically for this product, it is almost identical to the SnoreRX so if you are looking to save over 50% of the cost, go for the Tranquility Pro 2.0. The product is also sold under the name Intelliguard as well as the Eliminator 2.0.The test for the Tranquility Pro 2.0 was conducted using the snore tracking app SnoreLab on my iPhone. In the photo you can see my first night where I tested my snoring without any anti-snore aids which resulted in me scoring a shocking Epic 121 on the SnoreScore which goes along with what I've been told of being as loud as a jet engine. Test date was conducted on 9/24/2021.The next day, I followed the instructions and moulded the Tranquility Pro 2.0 guard to my mouth using the boil and bite method. The process was quick and easy. I noted that the guard is generally large and you will most likely sleep with your mouth open however this was not an issue for me nor did I find myself having a dry mouth in the morning. I however did find that my teeth felt slightly awkward for about 30 mins in the morning after taking out the guard. This is something you will have to get used to when applying anything to your body over long durations. The settings I used after moulding the mouth guard to my teeth was 1mm forward from the original position and I found it to be comfortable and effective for my trial. The product functions by preventing your lower jaw from dropping and relaxing your tongue and throat muscles which is what would normally cause apnea and snoring. The results was an impressive reduction to 1 from the original 121. I listened to the difference of both nights from when I didn't use any anti-snore aid compared to with the Tranquility Pro 2.0 and I can comfortably say that I did not snore even once throughout the entire night. This can be seen in the second screenshot from my SnoreLab app. The mouth guard stayed in place the entire night and effectively made me silent. Test date was conducted on 9/25/2021 with the Tranquility Pro 2.0 mouth guard.I can happily recommend this product to anyone who suffers from mild sleep apnea or snoring. This review is specific for me and may not be comprehensive enough to be conclusive for every user however it should be noted than many of the reviews are not related to snoring and they specifically focus on the comfortability of the device.Of the various types of anti-snoring devices I purchased to test, the Tranquility Pro 2.0 was the most effective although it is still slightly bulkier than I would like. Coming in second would be a nasal dilator which still produced some snoring with a score of 9 on my SnoreLab app. Long term testing will be required and I will continue to monitor my progress to update this in the future. If you are willing to sacrifice a bit of comfortability for a quiet night of rest than this may be the solution for you.In terms of if a new version is released i.e. a 3.0 I would like the hard plastic part of the guard to be much thinner and closer together so that it would be possible to sleep with my mouth closed or more closed.TLDR: Unpaid and unsponsored review. I highly recommend this product as an effect solution to stop mild apnea and snoring. Price is very reasonable. Mouth guard is easy to use however slightly bulky.

Good design, works well.
I am a loud snorer, this device was very effective in significantly reducing both the amount and loudness of my snoring. The only similarly good product experience I have had was with a device custom fitted by my dentist several years ago, which was much more expensive and required a trip to the dentist office. This is the best I've tried so far and I will tell you why. I have tried a few different devices. The magnetic nose clips are reasonably comfortable and work a little bit. They seem to reduce the intensity of my snoring a little bit, but my snoring still wakes my wife a couple of times each night. While my (deep) snoring is impacted by my nose, that seems to only be a secondary effect for me. The primary benefit is when I change the position of my lower jaw by moving it slightly forward. So in order to get a real, significant and useful result I need to use a mouthpiece. Adding a nose magnet provides another slight improvement at low cost and with no added discomfort. I have also tried the Suibety Mouth Guard, which is quite effective. However, there are two issues with it that the Tranquility Pro addresses.First, the Tranquility Pro has an adjustable fit, which is very useful. With the other mouthpiece products, the lower jaw position is fixed when you form the mouthpiece to your teeth. This means you have to try a few different times, typically with multiple copies of the product to get it 'just right'. With the Tranquility Pro you first mold the mouthpiece to your teeth. Then as a secondary step you can adjust the relative forward/back positioning of your lower jaw to get the best trade-off between reducing snoring and comfort. The second very nice feature of the Tranquility Pro is that it has a gap between the upper and lower parts of the mouthpiece. This allows me to breathe normally with the mouthpiece in place. With the others, I need to breathe through my nose, or struggle to take an occasional breath through my mouth with a large solid mouthpiece in the way. Being able to breathe easily through my mouth and nose significantly aids in my sleep comfort.I have three data points for the comparison of the different products that I have tried. First, my own comfort and sleep pattern observations. I can sleep through the night without any significant discomfort with the Tranquility Pro, much better than with other mouthpieces that I have tried, with the exception of the rather expensive one I got from my dentist, which is roughly equivalent. Second, and most importantly, my wife attests to the being able to sleep comfortably through the night when I use the Tranquility Pro (unlike the other over-the-counter solutions). Finally, I've used the Snore Lab app on my mobile phone to record my sleep "noise". It empirically shows a significantly better, quieter, result that the other mouthpieces which, in turn, show a better result than the magnetic nose clip. It also shows a slightly better result with the combination of the Tranquility Pro and the magnetic nose clip. Though, my use of the Tranquility Pro alone allows my wife to sleep through the night. I did rate the sleep quality as 4-stars because having anything in my mouth at night is a little bit of an annoyance and taking it out is among the first things I do when I wake up in the morning. With this said, the Tranquility Pro with its adjustable alignment and air-gap is by far the least bothersome of the over-the-counter mouthpieces. I like it a lot, it works great, is reasonably priced and i can sleep through the night with it bothering my to the point of waking up.

This worked straight away!
The product arrived very promptly, which is great as I was trying other snore remedies, nothing was working and I was getting very frustrated. I did the moulding, which was straightforward and set the mouthpiece to move my lower jaw forward as I have an overbite.Once moulded the fit is snug and I think the main point is to move your lower jaw and the placement of your tongue. The first night I tried this it worked. There was no snoring and none anytime I have used it since. I am delighted and I am so happy that this works that I need backups!!I was worried initially as the size seems bulky and it is a little, but once you have a good mould fit with your teeth its not an issue to sleep, getting used to it is better than the alternative. As it sits in your mouth all night, I give it a good clean every morning when I take it out. But I have a feeling, because of the use it gets that you probably should change to new ones often in a year. For a few minutes every morning my teeth feel a little "tight" but that goes and from reading other reviews this is common and not an issue. All in all, I am delighted with this product, literally a life changer for me.
