SHEA MOISTURE Frizz Control Shampoo for Frizz Prone Hair Papaya and Neroli Sulfate Free Shampoo 13 oz

After going to the hair salon and being asked for many years straight if I swim a lot or use a lot of heat products (both of which I do not), I finally decided to figure out what was the cause of my frizzy, poofy, dry hair. I ordered this due to reading reviews from r/curlyhair on Reddit. Initially I didn’t have high hopes for it because as a beginner to fixing my potential curly hair, I wasn’t sure if a quick shampoo fix would be enough for my hair. After using this product for well over a year now, I have never seen my hair more healthier! I do not use any heat products and wash my hair every other day, sometimes 2 days in between, and my hair has now the natural curls that have been hiding in the frizz this whole time! I also use the Shea Moisture conditioner after I shampoo my hair and I use my comb to comb it out when I’m in the shower. This shampoo works wonders for curly hair!!!!

If you're someone who has never used a shampoo that doesn't lather before, like me, then a heads up is really nice. I personally am not a huge fan of the scent but it works well enough that I don't care, plus the smell doesn't last for days like other shampoos do so for me that's a plus. I have hair halfway down my back so I have to use a lot of product to feel like I'm actually covering all my hair, but this shampoo is runny so it helps a bit with spreading. I follow up with the conditioner from the same line and nothing else, my hair has been nicer lately than it has in a while.

The shampo doesnt foam up and I miss that feeling BUT, it does its job of moisturizing my type 2A caucasian grey hair.

I usually buy the manuka honey shea moisture shampoo but was looking for a new scent and decided to change things up and try this one. It smells amazing, but you literally cannot get the residue out of your hair until you’ve rewashed your hair several times with a different shampoo. This stuff is awful. Don’t buy it. It literally feels like I let my hair dry without rinsing conditioner out of it

I really liked this shampoo I recently switched to it. I have wavy/curly hair and it has helped make my hair shiny. ONLY THING is that the papaya smell be making my nose tingle. if your sensitive to smell either suck it up like me or try the other shampoos. other then that i love it
