Hello, Thank you for your question. All EZ-Sweetz products and Sweet Solutions bulk liquid sweeteners products are made and distributed in our FDA registered facility in Edison, New Jersey.

Q: When this says 25% Sucralose by weight am I safe in assuming the other 75% is water?

If you click on the bottle you can see the ingredients list at the bottom of the bottle. It lists Distilled Water as first ingredient followed by Sucralose. There are some minute quantities of citric acid and other food preservatives but I doubt that they amount to any percentage.

Q: Does anyone know how this compares to SweetZFree?

SweetZFree is slightly more concentrated.

Q: If1 drop of this is equivalent to 2 tsp of sugar and sucradrops = 1 tsp, then why is sucradrops sweeter?

One drop of this stuff sweetens like one pack of Splenda.
