Stopped gripping after 5 months
The mug falls over easily after 5 months. I have since tried cleaning the base with a wet cloth but it doesn’t stick anymore. A shame, it was great while it worked.

Good in Heat/cold retention but...
Product is as described as good in retaining heat/cold for long hours, but cleaning the lid is a big headache and it looks really dirty after you finish your smoothie...

The new lid is not my cup of tea.
The recent modifications to the lid locking/unlocking mechanism do not align with my expectations and are not satisfactory.

Does not stick anymore
Well it keeps the coffee hot for a long time, it is very leak proof BUT the feature that keeps it from falling only lasted less than 2 days. I got it because my wife is invalid and she had dropped many other mugs before by trying to grab them. I was happy to see this one was sticking to her table when she knocked itby accident but she was able to lift it with no problem. BUT that only lasted for less than 2 days. Now it is just a spill proof mug when it falls on the floor. Can this be fixed?

Love this coffee cup
I really love this cup, it's everything it's supposed to be! Spill proof, keeps coffee hot for long periods of time and won't tip over easily. I gifted one to my daughter! She really loved it!
