Sorry for the delay! Yes you absolutely can wear this cape inside out. It is superior quality! I promise you won't be disappointed! It is long though. Hits way below my knees. Hope this helps.

Mine is approximately 47" long. The distance around the hem is about 172".

How tight is the neck?

This cape is light in weight, sits over shoulders, and has a velcro wrap adjustable about the neck. Its wide so as to not bind. Feels like a turtle neck shirt. Good luck!!
