Plate is of good quality. Easy to use and clean. However a clamp must be given with it lift the heated plate.

This was fun. Very practical
Oh this added a lot of fun and excitement for dinner and lunch or anytime. We are able to make the sizzler as good as the ones made in restaurants. And it turns out very cost effective. Wife and Kids just love it.
