Makes great pizza but a few caveats...
I've never owned a pizza stone before but after researching, I purchased this one to give it a try. So far, all the pizzas I've made have turned out great. Since I like a crispy crust, I lightly brushed the surface with olive oil and baked my dough a few minutes before adding toppings. Worked perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving this product five stars is because it's not rated for over 400 degrees. I really wanted to raise the temp in my oven a little higher but the manufacturer doesn't recommend it. I'm not sure why it can't take higher temps but it would be a nice option. It's also pretty heavy so you have to be careful handling it/washing it but it cleans up easily. Have both hand washed and put in the dishwasher with no problems. Dries quickly. Store it in my oven most of the time and only take it out if I'm using the oven for something else.Overall, it works very well, cleans up easily, doesn't contain any toxic materials and is made in the USA. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Pizza Stone
I use my pizza stone for baking artisan bread. The product arrived quickly and it was packed very good. I haven't used it for my bread but I have used it to make pizza. and I am very pleased.

Pizza Baking Stone Review
Bought this as an addition to our bakeware set as a Christmas present for my wife. So far, so good...no complaints.

Horrible item
Followed exact care instructions- started to crack after one use. So porous retained moisture/liquids from one use and started to grow mold/mildew in the stone.
