It’s very nice and doesn’t give me allergy

Very creamy. I wouldn’t say it is smudge resistance/waterproof/etc because of that. The ingredients are great though, so I’m satisfied.

Pacifica is my favorite brand for all things body/hair/makeup, but this did not meet their usual quality. Glides on very well, and great ingredients, but smudges a lot and you end up with raccoon eyes by midday. I will stick with the liquid liner from them.

That is ABSOLUTELY NOT WATERPROOF eyeliner! It's VERY smudging and a pigment just disappears shortly after applying (applying is not easy as well!) Not worst the money! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only for some not harmful ingredients in it! Everything other is complete disappointment and waste of time and money!

It’s vegan and it’s beautiful eye liner with a nice black pigment that does not smudge !! No allergic reaction to my eyes with this liner. I would buy it again , gift it and use it again in a heart beat! PURE” brand eye pencil is great but cost 30$ - Pacifica brand is cost effective and clean vegan pencil !!
