One Degree Organic Foods Sprouted Spelt Flour 80 Ounces (Case of 4)

The expiration date for the 4 spelt flours is less than 6 months out. The box had the expire date covered with paper and taped over. We have ordered other flour products from this company and had dates out over one year on expiration. This was deceiving. You stuck us with soon to be expired product. This was deceiving and dishonest or an honest mistake for which we would like a replacement or a refund.

I have used this product for years now and I can truly say it is the best on the market for those who want to use alternative flours in place of wheat. It tastes and performs just like wheat flour in any of your baking recipes or for pancakes. The deal here on Amazon is the best I have found on the internet and is the only place I can get it since the stores near me do not carry spelt flour, let alone organic spelt flour. I will be purchasing this product again and again! :D

This sprouted spelt flour is amazing. I follow a low glycemic sugar free diet (trim healthy mama) and we have a family of 8, so everything is done in large quantities. I regularly make pizza dough, cinnamon rolls and bread machine loaves and this flour produces the most consistently delicious breads. And I feel happy feeding it to my children and myself. I'm so glad it comes in 20lb quantities. I also like the sprouted wheat by the same company.

Product was damaged. Box full of bags that had burst at their seems, flour all over. I called the company in Canada and they said, not responsible.I guess I am a reputable customer because Amazon covered it.I have ordered gaba rice through Amazon as I like the idea changing the chemistry of grains through sprouting. This is why I ordered this spelt flour. No don't try to sprout your spelt flour....haha... unfortunately I had a negative experience.To the seller who I forgot to check if they take returns, it seemed possible that change in air pressure possibly caused the substantial plastic bags to burst at the seems.

Really wanted to love this and make my own sourdough, but after not eating gluten for an extended period of time, this gave me a full body rash that is painful and itchy. I can not sleep any more and regret this all so much. Apparently, these rashes last for 6 months. This is torture. Do not follow in my footsteps. Not returnable either. If the seller gives me a full refund, I will remove my rating.
