I bought this headphone set on an Amazon sale and thought I could not go too far wrong at the price. When the headphones arrived I tried them out using the 3 pole connector that was included and attaching it to my Android phone. I assumed that I could control the start, stop, pause and volume of the playback because there were buttons on the headphones to do so, but none of them did anything. I do not listen to music, but do listen to Audible Books quite a bit on my phone and the controls on the headphones did nothing.I bought a 4 pole audio cable thinking that perhaps that was what was needed, but that audio cable did not even work with the headphones unless I pulled the plug slightly out of the connector on the headphones. Then the sound worked, but the buttons still did not work. I am very unhappy with the purchase because I can not use the headphones as I intended. Perhaps yours might be better but I would not buy these again.UPDATE:I was contacted by the manufacturer who referenced my review. They apologized for the poor quality headphone I received and, without being asked to do so, refunded the purchase price. While I feel my review of these headphones accurately reflected the headphones I received, I was so impressed by the customer service that I felt that it warranted an additional star for the review. Hence the change from 2 stars to 3 stars.

I don't leave a lot of bad reviews. I'm one of those nice guys who really wants others to succeed, so if the product even remotely works as intended, I feel bad leaving a negative review.But I draw the line at these headphones. Clunky from day one. Terrible volume control where the left headphone is much quieter than the right. The spongy portion that goes on your ear just...pops out with very little coaxing. I was unhappy with these from the beginning, but thought, well, you didn't pay much for them, so just use them and shut your pie hole.Well, now they don't work at all. The button that controls volume up lost its integrity, so I have no way of increasing the volume. And of course it is stuck at the lowest volume setting.Before anyone asks, I kept these in a padded headphones bag. I literally protected them as if they were a small pet, which, in a way, they were, because I like loud music when working out. Now they are useless pieces of plastic.Thanks, Fetta!

The sound is great. The connection to different stuff is clunky. I had no luck using fm. I had problems with the sd card going into the headset instead of the slot and had to fish it out. Surprisingly it still worked. But have difficulties it does not play randomly and hard to pick my song. Sometimes people on the phone cannot hear me clearly either.

Only lasted 6 months. There plastic extension piece broke. My daughter enjoyed them while they worked. Tried reaching out to the companyn multiple times but haven't heard back.

The Item worked great for about a year. the head piece broke a few days ago but was still usable and then it just stopped working.

Love how lightweight they are. My son has a hard time with changing the volume (have to hold the button in and he’s 5 so he forgets) but otherwise he loves them.

Very nice product compared to its economic price, you can use is either Bluetooth or wired headphone, very practical

you get what you get for the price. wasn't top quality sound. But I've used mine for more than 6 months now. loud enough with subtle static and feedback
