Looks Good
It looks good, and wasn't too bad to install.Pictured is a 2018 Ram 1500 Express. My tonneau cover was a top mount so I got creative with some foam adhesive over the rails.

Beautiful addition
Just installed today but seems very solid. Very heavy gage steel. Looks awesome on my 2018 ram. Very happy with it. Only possible issue is that top bar doesn’t seem to clear center of roof. I do plan on using as a ladder rack. Will have to add something on top bar to serve as a spacer to keep ladder from scratching cab roof.

Well worth the money
I installed this rack on my '17 Ram 2500 megacab short bed. It wasn't quite a perfect fit out of the box so I reached out to Steelcraft (I contacted the seller first but they said they couldn't help.) Fortunately, I live close to the Steelcraft warehouse so I swung by and they hooked me up with a couple of spacers. The rack is heavy and feels really sturdy. Gives me just a little extra security when towing my fifth wheel with my kids in the backseat.

Looks good but you get what you pay for.
A little flimsy but looks good and does the job. My biggest complaint would we the mounting brackets for a couple of reasons. The bolt holes that are pre-drilled are too far back and allowed the headache rack to vibrate and bounce, so I ended up drilling holes closer to where the rack bolts to the mounting brackets. Secondly the brackets should have a "slot" for the the headache rack to sit in since the 2 bolts on the sides are not enough to secure the headache rack in place.
