Works exactly as it should
Love this newborn insert! I received a Tula baby carrier at my baby-shower and was eager to use it, so I purchased this newborn insert asap. Works great! Little one is snug-as-a-bug and typically falls asleep soon after getting in the carrier. We use it to go on weekly (moderate) hikes, grocery store runs, and even sometimes use it while doing household chires/tasks. Being a little more 'hands free' has made all the difference for me and has saved my shoulders tremendously! Doing the cradle hold all day was creating a bad pinch in my neck and using the carrier to transport little one around has been a savior.

Made all the difference
The carrier claims you don't need the insert, but before we got it the baby absolutely hated the carrier. This made a huge difference and baby will tolerate it for a much longer time now. Easy to use.

Horrible packaging!!!
Literally showed up at my door like this. In a clear bag and wide open because one piece of tape was used. Luckily the actual product seems fine but won’t be ordering from this seller again.
