These stories are really well written and each one expands on the world of vampire hunter D

I absolutely loved this edition! I especially liked book 6. that’s one of my that I’ve read so far. I feel like I liked books 4,5, and 6 more than the first 3. Can’t wait for the next Omnibus!

I had to give this book 4 stars as it clearly reflects that the author Kikuchi improved significantly on his writing. The writing is still not entirely perfect, however you can see with each story that he is really came into his own. The “Pilgrimage of the Sacred and the Profane” story was by far the best in this omnibus! I highly recommend people try this novel out as it is a significant improvement from the first omnibus. I will say that some of the action sequences can be a disheveled mess, I found my mind wandering at times. There also still the overuse of D having a “beautiful countenance”, I believe we all know by now that D is attractive. If you can get through some of the rough parts of the book you will definitely have a good time!

I always enjoy the Vampire Hunter D books! I love these Omnibus books because you basically get three books for the price of one.
