Excellent well built product
This is excellent for anyone who has a hearing loss. Very quality construction. Much better than the standard Panasonic wireless phones. It does work as advertised. No cheap but you get what you pay for.

the boost valume does not work. Do not buy this phone.
The phone is a wast of money. The boost volume does not work. I feel like i wasted $349,34 dollars. A company like Panasonic should not fool people.

Easier system to implement, even easier to use. Had tried two others and none ha dthe volume or clarity as this one while still being flexible enough that others in the same house that don't have hearing difficulties can have their units set to a normal volume. Large, easy to see, display too! Would recommend!

Expensive but high quality phone set. Highly reccomend for persons with hearing issues
After trying different brands for my wife who has hearing issues, found this phone set the perfect answer. Would recommend for anyone with moderate hearing loss.

Improved clarity for hearing impaired mother
I found these phones and base relatively easy to configure and utilize and my hearing impaired mom reports better clarity for her. The intercom and ability to check voicemail using the handset are nice features and while I already have a call blocking system, this is also nice. Speed dial and phonebook are handy and should be useful features.

Could not get it to work
Received quickly but could not get it to work. Sent back and received Amazon gift card. Reorder phone and hope it works.
