UPC400110 Black Front Loading Ultra Pan Carrier

I was turned on to this product line by a water biologist working for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. He transports living specimens from the Owens Valley to the lab in Sylmar for analysis. He needs good temperature control. These are much better than ice chests. So I bought one for the take-out catering orders from restaurants near a science fiction convention where I was running the Staff canteen. This unit kept the trays of food hot until dinner was served. After dinner, the left-overs were put back in the carrier with a half-tray loaded with ice to cool it all down. It cooled to a safe temperature and stayed there until it was brought out for lunch the next day. Everyone in the Hospitality Staff was amazed at how well it worked. I'm planning to buy another unit out of next year's budget -- it's money very well spent.

Bought two of these, one for the hot stuff and one for the cold. Put everything inside, camwarmers, and camchillers and everything fits like a glove and works to perfection! Catered an event a week after getting them and chilled one, preheated the other, worked perfectly and allowed me to safely store food at temperature! A little pricey but if you need it fast and don't have time to hunt these down at your local restaurant supply stores Amazon.com!

Product is solid but expensive

This is a very appreciated tool that I have added to my competition BBQ trailer. It not only keeps meat warm for a long time, it can also act as fridge with the addition of a tray of ice. Super well insulated. It also helps keep a complex cooking event organized with its multiple racks for food pans. This is my second purchase. I found that in my case two cabinets offer me more flexibility for large events.

It keeps food hot just as you would think. It’s a great product for the money!

Recieved product, opened box and noticed scuff marks on the outside of cambro. Opened cambro and noticed stains on the back side of door. Paid for a new cambro but recieved a used one. Sent it back. Awaiting my refund

Easy to use. Used foil pans along with the stainless steel ones. Smoked a bunch of briskets. Put some hot water in a pan about an hour before. Held briskets for 5 hours. Could have went more. Beats trying to stack them in a cooler

All I can say is Wow.. This cambro works amazing and it will keep your food at safe temps.

Excellent unit overall, but overpriced. Sadly, no competitors really come close.
