Very nice flour, trustworthy company
I've long been a fan of this company, and Ethiopian food in general. Injera is the bread that a lot of dishes is served on, acting as both a plate and a utensil to eat your meal with. Think of it like a sourdough crepe, but deeper, earthier and delicious. Teff flour is the main ingredient, along with some water, and time and you get this lovely batter that has a fermented and complex flavor once cooked. (There are ways to make 'quick' injera, but just know that the flavor will not be as deep.) This brand of teff flour came at a reasonable price for the size. I found it to be milled well, and had a good consistency. I'm only one person, so I didn't need to make a bucket sized batch of injera. I still have plenty of leftover flour after making about three batches of quick injera. I had no problem storing the leftover teff flour, as the bag is resealable. The package is made of sturdy, thick plastic too, so no worries about any tears or leaks. Overall this is a good, authentic brand I think you will enjoy using. The portion is good for smaller families or singles, or if you are unsure if you'll like teff flour foods like injera and don't want to buy a huge bag to start. I've bought many spices from this company and everything always arrived promptly and well packaged. They are a trustworthy place to start your journey into new ingredients for your kitchen!

Excellent product, perfectly ground and very happy it actually came from Ethiopia.
The product arrived quickly and safely. I couldn't wait to use the Teff. I normally use Teff in my 'gluten free' pancake and waffle mix. Well let me tell you, the pancakes that I made turned out the absolute best ever! The flavor was awesome. The Teff was ground up so nicely and it wasn't granular like some brands are. I will definitely buy it again. It was worth every cent!

Gr8 quality
What sold me on this product was that it's a Woman owned Co-Op in Ethiopia that makes it. The quality is second to none

Great product from Ethiopia!
This just arrived and I am so thrilled! Fermenting the Teff flour now to make Injera bread which I've been wanting to do for so long. Very happy to come across a direct-source WO&O (women owned & operated) company from Ethiopia completely in control of their entire supply chain. I am now a fan & will be ordering more stuff in days to come!

AUTHENTIC
Though I thought the price was a little high for what you get, I will probably order it again.
