This has been a great set for us starting out pizza making in our new oven! The sizes are perfect for 12” pizzas and the metal is easy to clean. The other tools help with managing and cleaning up after the fire. Good value also!

This is a well designed and smartly engineered wood burning pizza oven kit. I liked the quality of the extrusions and the anodize and the tighter screw spacing on the shaft connecting pieces relative to the hole spacing at the ends of the shaft parts. Hint on assembly: put all the screws loosely in place before tightening.

First of all, none of the handles are 40" long, longest is 39.5, shortest down to 32". The brush is only 6" wide, a little skimpy. Not great for a 36" wood fired oven. That being said, would be fine for 30" oven and smaller. Peel is ok, as is the pizza turner. And maneuverability is good in tight spaces.

These tools will make your life so much easier when making a pizza. The material is of good weight, sturdy, and reliable.

Nice kit, one of my peel shafts came with a screw installed so tight I could not get it out without stripping it. One of the other screws on this piece also was different than the others. Looked like someone returned it. Still, I like the kit, good value.
