Still have the fog and sill the head lights effect on the vision

I have to commute at night and every night I have to deal with several cars sporting the brightest LED headlights money can buy and had hoped to find a product to forestall my impending blindness...this is not that product.There's no anti-glare on any of these, everything except the rear view rectangle seems to work just like an adhesive piece of clear plastic. The rectangle is a slightly tinted piece of adhesive plastic and it works about as well as a lightly tinted piece of plastic would and does nothing against glare. There's no HD effect, I have HD sunglasses I've used for comparison and no this film doesn't have it.

NOT as good as it’s advertised
Application is easy but it doesnt really work as well as it’s advertised and the pictures you see in the sellers description. It’s a waste of money, you can do without it. The water still sticks to the film, not as much but it still gets wet as you can see from my picture.
