Great - Rec. Buy Stick Tape (Traditional Grip Players)
Great, heavy marching snare sticks similar to VicFirth's Ralph Hardimons but with a different type of head.**HOWEVER, if you play traditional grip, I highly recommend purchasing stick tape/taping the entire stick. This stick type does not have a lacquer and is a straight wood polished grip. The sticks were so smoothly polished it was difficult to maintain a solid grip using a loose/Moeller stroke on the left hand (traditional grip). After completing a full stick taping (I use Scotch 3M Electrical), the sticks are great.

Great product - buy more than one pair!
Purchased these sticks for my son, a high school percussionist. He really likes them, and now all of the snare drummers for his drumline are switching to these. They are lighter than the sticks they were using earlier and offer good control. As with any sticks you get for snare, if the show is heavy on rim work, they will break. However, the price point on these is very good. After checking with my local music stores I'm told these sticks tend to sell out quickly, so we are purchasing them in multiples for replacements. Great product.

GREAT STICKS
I used these sticks all throughout high school and I love them, my Drumline made it to state and got ALL ones and I loved these sticks every day I used them. I bought two sets of these all the time and now in college I'm practicing with the Ohio state Drumline and their entire line uses these. I HIGHLY recommend these sticksUpdate: still using these stuff is after a couple years and still loving every stroke

Not bad, but breakable very easily
These sticks feel good, but are very unreliable. They break very easily, and I've gone through 4 or 5 pairs. I'd recommend buying several at one time, using these sticks for a short term event,(maybe 2 or 3 months) or, heck, not even use them at all. Again, these sticks feel great, but break so easily.

Drum sticks of choice
These are the drum sticks of choice for our drummer grandson. This is about the 6th set we have ordered during his 6 years of percussion and 4 years of marching band.

Quality snare sticks
My son started marching percussion this year (he played trombone before that), and his friend recommended the FSJC sticks. However, I noticed these reveiwed well too, so I bought him both to compare. He likes these a lot and uses them and the JC sticks interchangeably.

Four Stars
Thick stick, have to play around with each pair to get them "worked in". Allows for maximum muscle build.

Big and Heavy
These are not bad sticks their weighted pretty well, though they are heavy and can be a bit bulky but they play great.
