Great flavor, effective for kidney health

I was looking specifically for a Dandelion tea to aid me in helping my digestion at night. It says to drink 3 times a day on the box but I only drink my tea nightly. I really like this tea soak in hot water for at least 5-6 minutes of steep time, in my opinion, longer it soaks, the more bitter the taste! I add a little teaspoon honey to boost my immunity to the recent pollen here, where I live in Orlando, FL it's gotten quite bad recently!If you're looking for a good tea this is it.Extremely hot water, steep 5 to 6 minutes, add sweetner of your choice and let cool for a few minutes and Enjoy!Drinking tea has it's benefits, can I say cleans the kidneys? I'm not 100 percent sure of this statement, but it does help me with stomache digestion and it's helped my intestines improve.I would recommend and add this to my favorites list.

Traditional Medicinals does not use plastic bags in their products! Which is great.Dandelion is known to help to clean kidneys, although the taste of it can be a little bit earthy, I personal eat something sweet with it to ignore the tea's taste.
