Menthol Crystal 2oz USP

Eucalyptus calms me. When these arrived I straight away wanted to use so I threw 5 crystals into the kitchen sink with hot water. My eyes watered but the house smelled good. So I used some in the shower. The result as NOT the same so that is disappointing. I will use them when I have a cold or need to ease anxiety and continue looking for something to use in the shower.

My 2nd time buying them. But I bought a big bag last time and it lasted over a year. Highly Potent. I will never not have this in my house. Great for congestion, etc. If your going to do a steam, I use in a pot, place crystals after u bring the water to a boil.

I put this on the floor of the bathtub while I was taking a shower to help me breathe better when I had a cold. I thought it was refreshing on the bottoms of my feet I liked the way the tingles felt and the way it smelled. It didn't seem to hurt but had a nice cooling feeling, I figured if it felt nice on my feet it would probably feel good elsewhere. I started lather up a loofa and put it on the rest of my body, it sill was kind of tingly and nice. It was at this point that I got myself in trouble; I washed my private area and in-between my butt cheeks with it. It was nice at first, until it wasn't. I started to chirp like an angry lap dog. I began moving my feet around and lifting them up and such in discomfort; this was when I found out the floor had become slippery. The high pitched sounds and stomping alerted my girlfriend, who came barging in the bathroom. Startled, I slipped and ripped part of the shower curtain down. Fortunately I was able to regain my balance holding onto the walls so I didn't fall entirely out of the tub. We laugh about this at least once a week now. It did help me to breathe much better though.

Strong as mentioned

This is just what I needed, it is strong so start will a little and adjust as needed. If I need any more I will purchase again. It is a good deal for what you get.

This stuff is NO joke! I honestly didn’t realize how strong it is. I put a little bit in a bag and told my husband to put it in some boiling water and put a towel over his head to inhale it and hopefully it would clear out his nose. He caught a cold and is wicked congested. Hahahaha!!! Let’s just say a little, little, little goes a very long way. We almost wiped out the whole house. Everyone’s eyes were runny bc it was to much in the water. So be cautious on the amount you use. It’s definitely strong to clear your sinus out. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤣

I had not used this brand before, but it seems to produce the same results as the one i use to use.

I use this in Sauna at my gym, mixed with warm water and spray over hot rocks. It's very soothing, relaxing and better for breathing. I've tried many other similar products but this one by far is better for me. I use the Sauna after workout for muscle relaxing and breathing, meditation. I'll order another when I'm running low.
