Received back in 1991 - update
I purchased "back in 2005" for a 16th but received "back in 1991", absolutely useless, so disappointed.Correct product arrived a few days later and still within original delivery time. Very pleased with the product, it looks great

It is made of hard plastic. I thought it would have been framed for the price I paid but it was not. I framed it myself for a gift
