6-Piece Glass Twist Icicle Ornaments, 7.5-Inch

El año pasado compré 4 cajas de 24 carámbanos de distintos tamaños, 1 caja de 12 piezas de 5 pulgadas y 1 caja de 6 piezas de 7 pulgadas. En el árbol de navidad del 2024 los alterné en las ramas con moños de terciopelo borgoña y amé tanto el resultado que este año compré otras 2 cajas de 24 piezas, otras 2 de 12 piezas y 2 de 6 piezas. No cabe un carámbano más en mi árbol de navidad y este año los dejamos ser protagonistas, no pusimos ningún otro ornamento. KURT D. ADLER es marca de prestigio, es garantía, llegan perfectamente protegidos, TODOS son de vidrio y son preciosos, cuando por algún motivo chocan entre sí el sonido es súper delicado. El año próximo planeamos comprar un árbol de mayor tamaño y estoy segura que compraré más cajas. OJO: Mi árbol es de 2.20 metros de alto y tiene carámbanos de vidrio en casi cada punta, si quieres que se noten en tu árbol créeme que te harán falta más de 3 cajas y definitivamente recomiendo que sean de diferentes tamaños pero de la misma marca. Otra cosa que amo es que refractan precioso la luz cálida de las luces led.

I have bought this particular product six times (And I love them they’re beautiful) and there’s six icicles in each box. The last two boxes I bought on October 6 and October 4 two icicles were broken in each box. These are glass icicles, and Amazon packs these glass icicles as if they were made out of plastic. There’s no bubble wrap on them there’s no stuffing of the boxes so they don’t jiggle around in the box, nothing and then the driver throws them on my porch. I’m sick and tired of getting broken product from Amazon. Manufacturer wouldn’t help me the seller wouldn’t help me and all Amazon said will send them back. Will give you your money back. Meanwhile, I have no gifts for my kids for their tree.

I grew up in the 60s when trees were doused with silvery tinsel. Today it's hard to find tinsel or "icicles" as we called it. Even if I could find it, it doesn't work well on artificial trees. I miss that tinsel look. These glass icicles are the best thing I've found to reproduce the feeling and give my tree an all over sparkle. I hang them on the very tip of the branches in front of my ornaments. They pick up the light and make the entire tree sparkle and I have to admit they look a lot classier than that old tinsel ever did. Yes, these are delicate and need to be cared for. If you drop them they will break. If you have pets or small children you might want to skip the glass and go with a plastic version but these glass ones are much prettier. They make longer ones but I find the 3" and 5" to be the perfect length which will hang freely on my tree without hitting branches below.
