This is a wonderful accessory to the Air Relax leg-compression system and pump that I already owned... with constant lower back pain and a sense of deep muscle aches all through glutes and elsewhere, I've been craving the same kind of compression that I was getting from the "squeezy pants."I am happy to report that this works well, cycling through four zones just like the leg system. The Velcro fastening is strong, so instead of undoing it every time and shortening its life, I set it to allow me to easily step into the cylindrical unit and lift it to about the right spot (in my case, with the bottom edge roughly at the tops of my thighs, though you can move it around to fine-tune the effect).At that point, it works just like the sequential compression leg system, with plenty of force. It's even easier to slip on and use, so I tend to grab it whenever I want a quick massage. Recommended.
