The media could not be loaded. This sucks. I bought this for my new place. I bought this and saved it till I was ready to install. Upon installation the complete measurement does not extend to 9ft and tighten properly. I had to buy and install a 1 inch wood block to fill space. The pole is tightened as much as possible and still does not stay in place NOT SAFE and they said it’s too late to return AND they do not make more PINK parts. It’s unfair I spent 180 on this and it’s not as advertised. Poor product

It isn’t true to size the catch is you will more than likely have to buy an additional adapter piece. But other than that it is beautiful. It’s hard to understand the instructions it would be nice to have a video code to scan.
