This is pure olive oil. This is an olive oil that is not mixed with other oils. I have ordered many times.

It is a good olive oil and it does tend to give you that feeling in your throat, if you know what I mean? The only thing is that its harvest date was two years ago.

Bought this along with the Dean Jacob's "Dipping Spices" and both were very good, but the flavor from this Oro Del Desierto Coupage olive oil was the big winner! Has a strong yet smooth fruity taste/smell that is delightful. While olive oil is like wine in that everyone is different in what they prefer, I personally like the robust fruity tastes of a good Spanish/Portuguese oil compared to the italian oils sold in grocery stores.i will buy this oil again for myself and as birthday gifts for some friends that bake their own sourdough bread.

I've had this olive oil before and it is by far the best. The fragrance and the flavor can't be beat. Really great for dipping as well as salad dressings and cooking. My personal favorite and well worth the price.

Best pure cold pressed olive oil. Distinctive taste somewhat on the bitter side, but extremely healthy
