Really like this
I didn't know if I would like this but it is very good. Just enough heat without putting me off. Even put it in meatloaf and my husband loved it. My sister-in-law is Korean and this is what she buys in large bottles from a local market where they live. She was thrilled I had just gotten it in and put it on the meat that we had grilled that night. She also instructed me a little on how to use it and another product that I might like. The 3 bottles will last us a long time. Someone else might want to look for larger bottles. A little goes a long way for me but I really like the taste.

This is such a great product, purchased from Amazon! I use it in and on almost everything. Well, that might be a slight exageration, but only slight. It's great on scrambled eggs, beans, as an addition to shrimp cocktail sauce, salsa, and many other sauces. It's great for cooking, too. It's not for the faint of heart, i.e., those who choose "mild" salsa, etc. It is hot and garlicky and wonderful!! I'm a repeat customer, for sure.

What don't I put this stuff on
I have not found anything that I don't like this stuff on. I had a buddy asked me if I would put it in a Red Bull and try it so I did and believe it or not it was delicious. Put a little bit in cup-a-noodles let it steep once again it's great I've even put a little bit in my coffee for a kick in the morning. I think the stuff is pumping through my blood now.

Awesome Sauce!
I love this Garlic Chili Paste on Potstickers and in various soups and sauces. Its a bit less expensive at my local asia grocery stores, but, I bought it from Amazon because I couldn't go to the store due to an injury.

Best balance of heat and flavor.
A real flavor filled find. Only on line. I found it one time in local store and could not find it again. I went on line and found it. A great value and a consistency of salsa; mixes well in soups, dips. This has a warmth and subtlety that is to be greatly appreciated by those who love degrees of heat in food.

The taste was OK, I knew it would have some seeds, but it contains so many it made for a horrible eating experience.guess it's just not for me.

The jars came samshed. all the packing peantus were covered with sticky orange-red sauce. I really wanted this product, and I cannot use it -- nor can I return it, it seems, because this item cannot be returned. I do not know if I can even get my $$ back.

Addicted and need an intervention!!
I am totally addicted to this garlic sauce. I put it on EVERYTHING. I mean everything (popcorn, nachos, soups, chili, every kind of meat, every dish I cook). I can't keep a bottle in my house longer than two weeks. Its insane. My husband uses it to marinate chicken and pork. Man!!! Add some seasoning or spices and you will be addicted. I need a gallon of this on standby. I no longer use regular hot sauce because the garlic and peppers in this sauce is way better and its not salty.
