Great quality, I have an old classic pickup truck that has rear view mirrors that are useless, this camera is not only easy to install but but solves my problem. The customer service is beyond what I would expect, Just FANTASTIC!

My biggest problem was running the cord to the inside. For some unknown reason it had a 1/2 inch plastic rectangle about 6 inches away from the camera cable. Most of the cables and plugs could fit through a hole no bigger than a straw and can be run through most interior. The cord is about 15 to 20 feet, the adjustable/calibration was simple (left, right, whith and guiding lines) the screen is bright and clear. My only problem was that excess lump of plastic on the cable that made it difficult to run it inside the car plus the angle of the camera can be adjusted up or down and it has lights when it's turn on

I installed this system but after a month or two the rear view camera quit working. I contacted Erapta customer service with my problem. They sent me a new system and I was able to replace the rear camera unit. I realized the issue was actually the result of the installer and not related to a failure of the Erapta equipment itself. Either way, Erapta worked with me till my unit is working again. I really appreciatedthe way they treated me and worked to resolve my problem. I will definitely buy from this company again in the future. I am happy with the unit and how it works as well. Thanks Erapta.
