Bought along side the womens vitamins from Calihouse. Both great products. The womens vitamins and this were for my sister. She had the sample and wanted to try it. Ive been noticing her hair becoming better and nails look healthier as well. She says its a great product. She wants to pick up more when shes finished with this bottle
