It’s necessary
Great product. I was using different items to lift the front of the bike. Nothing worked well. This product is sturdy and there are three levels to lift the bike to different inclines to increase intensity. I just wish it wasn’t so bulky or wide but I suppose it has to be in order to offer the different height levels and in order for it to be so sturdy. I feel confident that it won’t slide or break. I looked at alternatives, read tons of reviews and took a long time to make a decision - I’m glad I got this one. I recommend!

Makes exercising easier
During the winter, we can’t get outside as much as we would like to and walking is risky because of the icy sidewalks and roads. This indoor trainer is nice and sturdy (good quality material) and works great. No more excuses not to exercise. We are so glad we bought this.
