Why didn't I know about this charger sooner?!?!?

I wish there was a normal and high speed charge mode because fast charging worries me if not needed.

You can only recharge the batteries in 2 hours with the regular charger. Since you can easily run down a battery in 10 minutes running the leaf blower on full blast, you would need 12 batteries for continuous long jobs. I am retired so I can stop when the batteries run out and wait till they recharge. Not so, a professional landscaper. So the charger makes it possible to reuse you battery 25 minutes later, so 3 batteries is sufficient to keep going ad infinitum. The weed wacker lasts a whole lot longer on 1 battery, about 25 minutes, so you would need 4-5 batteries if using basic 2-hour recharger, but only 2 batteries suffice with the speedy recharger which is not cheap (on sale $50 which is the lowest price I found for it on Amazon). Each battery is about $50 if you buy WORX product and not some cheaper knockoff. At first I loved the easy-to-use lightweight wacker, but loathed the weak blower that ran out of juice in 10 minutes. But I have gotten used to the blower and run it at medium unless I really need strong gust of air to move large piles of dry leaves. Don't try using this product with damp or wet leaves, or you will be frustrated because it just doesn't have the same umpff as gas blowers, but also is not as noisy or greasy or messy. I thought about what would happen in a power outage, where gas powered would continue to work. Hein, I'll just wait for the power to come back on. No yard work is THAT pressing.

If you use the Worx 20v batteries this should be a mandatory purchase. The included chargers that come with the Worx 20v tools / 20v batteries take hours and hours to recharge a battery where this thing gets it done in minutes.The time you'll save on efficiency also leads to less batteries required on hand since the smaller 2.0ah batteries take around 20 minutes to charge. I never run them completely down.Charge times per the box since Amazon doesn't list in the item description:1.5Ah - 17 minutes2.0Ah - 25 minutes4.0Ah - 45 minutesOnce the charger starts working you can even hear a little fan blowing to help cool things down and improve charging performance.Again if you use these tools you owe it to yourself to get this thing.

Was a Fathers Day gift to be used in concert with the WORX WG163 Cordless String Trimmer & Edger. This system works as advertised; when the battery which came with the Trimmer/Edger, runs out, this additional battery is a lifesaver - especially when you're 7/8ths of the way done with your task! I highly recommend getting this quick charger for any of the battery-powered WORX systems.

I'm so pleased I ordered this product! It cuts the recharge time down significantly for WORX batteries, that normally take 2 hours to recharge. This really does charge one n 30 minutes. Yay!

Seems to charge at a slower rate than one that came with original tool. Call it 75% charging speed.

I wish I had known to buy this charger a long time ago. What a difference in charging time between this charger and the one that came with my blower. The old charger took forever to charge it, but this one charges within half an hour so with two batteries I can get all my jobs done quickly without interruptions.

With the right amount of batteries I could go all day with two of those and they are not as sensitive as the other chargers that I have when they run out of power fresh off the trimmer. Very happy and would buy another one in a minute if I needed another.

definitely fast charging! i use this on my hydroshot for my business, since i only have one 20v battery it needed to be charged quickly.

Works as expected and is better than the charger that came with the pressure washer.
