Does the heather gray have the ankle cuffs? when i zoom in i can't see the cuffs. the black color you can see the cuffs.

Mine had a cuff. It's hard to tell in the pic and when I ordered, it had with cuff in the description. So I don't know if these are the same. I clicked on my order and the pic is different when I click on the link to order it has the info you are looking at. I'm sorry I don't think this helps LOL
