I ended up only using one but it served it's purpose! Glad that I had it! Great product!

Got the Job Done
I used these for my home birth. The syringe was okay for suction but the tip could have been a bit softer to avoid too much discomfort for the baby's nose and throat when suctioning immediately after delivery. Baby tends to move a lot which can cause injury. The clamps worked well for the umbilical cord; both for the middle to stop blood flow and when navel cutting and sealing the navel. I did not need the forceps though. And I have so many clamps left as I only needed a few.

These Umbilical Cord Clamps come sterile and individual packaged
----I have read a lot of reviews on Cord Clamps so I especially looked for these sterile and wrapped individually packages . I don't know just how the clamps and other items will work out but I amwilling to wait for the puppy delivery and find out sometime in late November or December.Thank you for a very quick delivery.

scissors are trash
Scissors wouldn't even cut the umbilical chord

Not what I expected
It's my own fault for not having read the description, I just assumed that it would have the three items in the picture. I was surprised to open the box and find it contained 40 clamps, not one. So if I have 39 extra clamps if anyone is interested.

As expected.
I got this incase my labor happens too fast. It came with a lot of clamps and Ill only need one. Haven’t actually used it yet but happy to have peace of mind after my doc telling me I need one.

the scissors are a joke, the rest is good.
Someone wrote here that the clamps are not big enough for a baby but rather for a mouse. The seller himself wrote me that the clamps are indeed for animals. However, I was in our local hospital the other day with my client, I am a doula, and I saw the clamps they had there and measured the 2 together and they are the exact size. So 5 cm is okay for a baby. The bulb syringe seems okay, may I never need to use it! The scissors are a silly joke - plastic that may or may not cut a piece of paper.
