I went through the reviews & decided to give a try to this product. The box has a spoon measure of 2.5 ml. I used that one and added 2.5ml in one liter of water & after drinking, immediately I could sense the difference. It hydrated me so well & my vision had clarity. Eye sight became better. Energy level increased significantly, I was able to complete my day to day work in a improved way. Instruction/recommendation is given on the box of using around 5ml in 1liter of water per day. Though I am using 2.5ml in 1liter x 3 = 3 liters I am consuming. Few negative reviews are also there, yes this might not have worked well for them. I can say for me it worked very well & I can feel the improvement. I had not finished the half bottle yet, still using. But again I have placed a order of 2 bottle set after seeing better discounted priced. My suggestion is that one can minimum give a try & see how it goes with them. A very good product. Taste is bitter, i mixed only 5ml for 1lt of water, even then its tastes bitter like tablet taste

Alkaline water in markets are very expensive but this one is amazing, affordable and one bottle can be used in 40L of water, it makes water light, and alkaline is good for overall health.
