Earthlite is the best
This bolster is high quality and I consider Earthlite to be top of the line products. The bolster has a nice design with the washable cover, provides firm support and will certainly retain its shape. I will say that the bolster is a little high for some of my clients, so I also purchased the half-round version to accommodate different comfort levels. The biggest advantage for me in using the bolster vs. a regular pillow is the I can easily glide this in and out from under my client's legs in sessions.

Good length and depth
Very nice bolster would like it to be a little firmer. Smooth and nice material. A little extra long so feet and knees are well supported.

The best there is
I’ve tried to go with less expensive non-EarthLite bolsters, but they’re all pretty bad. This is the only one that’s worth the money.

Excellent full-size bolster
At my medical massage school, they use bed pillows as bolsters. I was curious to try an actual bolster for home use. I LOVE it!! It is full size to the table to provide ample coverage for larger and smaller legs. It is comfortable, supportive, and the same material as the table. FYI: the travel bag for the table perfectly holds this bolster, so I can pack everything together with ease; one end has a hand loop for easy carrying; I might see about getting a cover for cleanliness. I expect this bolster to last the length of my career. YAY!! A+++
